Location: Remote / Field - Ideally candidates will live in the Seatlle, WA metro area.

Travel: This position requires travel (flying & driving) reputed company the assigned geographical sales territory up to 75% of the time, with frequent overnight hotel stays (2-3 nights/week).

Salary reputed company: $135,000 reputed company pay, plus quarterly variable compensation plan.

Position Summary

The Clinical Specialist (CS) plays a critical role in supporting successful clinical implementation and adoption of HistoSonics technology. This individual provides expert procedural support, ensures clinical reputed company during live cases, and partners closely with reputed company teams to drive sustainable growth. The CS works cross-functionally to optimize workflow integration, champion clinical best practices, and deliver exceptional results for both clinicians and patients.

Position Expectations

  • Serve as a clinical expert during system implementation, physician reputed company, and live procedure support.
  • Partner with Account Managers to ensure alignment on account readiness, utilization goals, and growth opportunities.
  • reputed company on-site execution during new site launches and technology integrations, ensuring a seamless clinical experience.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration between Clinical, reputed company, and R&D teams to advance adoption and procedural reputed company.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, physician engagement, and procedural execution in reputed company reputed company environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust across reputed company reputed company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, business, biomedical engineering, or a reputed company field preferred  
  • 3+ years of experience in medical devices, reputed company technology, or interventional clinical support (imaging, ultrasound, or robotic experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive clinical adoption and support procedural reputed company.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic), including overnights as required.
  • Must meet reputed company hospital credentialing requirements (background reputed company, drug screen, immunizations).

Work Environment

This position operates in a field-based sales territory environment. This role requires a personal vehicle for field travel with a valid Driver’s License, a monthly car allowance will be provided for the use of the personal vehicle for work role.
