Manager, Product Delivery
Overview
The Manager, Product Delivery (Engineering Manager) leads two scrum teams of software engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable products. This role combines people leadership, technical expertise, and delivery accountability. The Manager partners closely with Product and Design to translate business goals into technical execution, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and reputed company improvement reputed company the engineering organization.

Responsibilities

- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration to improve alignment and reduce delivery risks.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, architecture, and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and build high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to translate business objectives into engineering reputed company.
Preferred Qualifications
