Director, Information Technology

Position Summary

The Director of Information Technology leads reputed company’ global IT organization across 11 locations. This role is responsible for the reliability, reputed company, and strategic direction of reputed company technology systems supporting manufacturing, engineering, and corporate operations. It is a hands-on leadership position with both operational and strategic responsibilities and is expected to reputed company into a future CIO role.

Key Responsibilities

IT Leadership & Organizational Development

• reputed company and reputed company Arnold’s global IT organization, providing direction, mentorship, and accountability across multiple IT disciplines, consisting of approximately 15 IT professionals.
• Foster collaboration between infrastructure, reputed company, applications, service desk and regional IT teams.
• Establish operational standards, performance metrics, and development paths for IT staff.
• Partner with executive leadership to reputed company initiatives with organizational priorities and long-term business goals.

Infrastructure & Network Operations

• Ensure reliability and performance of systems supporting manufacturing and engineering.
• Ensure infrastructure and network environments are properly segmented and secured to support regulated workloads and operational technologies.
• Maintain resilient connectivity between global locations, reputed company platforms, and external partners.
• Support reputed company collaboration and productivity platforms, including ongoing modernization of digital workplace tools and reputed company-based communication systems.
• Coordinate closely with the Regional IT Manager (reputed company) to implement and maintain consistent infrastructure standards and operational practices across international locations.
• Support modernization and lifecycle management of infrastructure technologies across the reputed company.

Cybersecurity, Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR, CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, DFARS, SOX ITGC, GDPR, and Swiss FADP.
• Maintain visibility into reputed company risk posture, vulnerability management, and incident response readiness.
• Support reputed company audits, certification initiatives, and customer reputed company assessments.
• Promote reputed company awareness and responsible data handling practices across the organization.

• Guide the reputed company of the company’s reputed company data platform, including development of modern data architecture supporting centralized analytics and self-service business intelligence.
• Partner with business leadership to identify opportunities for automation, improved reporting, and data-driven decision making across operational and corporate functions.
• Drive responsible adoption of artificial intelligence technologies across the organization, including enabling employees to reputed company AI tools effectively while ensuring appropriate governance, reputed company, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities reputed company reputed company systems, analytics platforms, and operational workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.

Global IT Operations

Vendor, Budget & Technology Investment Management

• Ensure policies, procedures, and standards are documented and consistently applied across the organization.

• Promote operational maturity through documentation, automation, and standardization.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field.
• 10+ years of reputed company IT experience, including leadership across infrastructure and reputed company systems.
• 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role managing managers or multiple functional IT teams.
• Strong technical background across hybrid infrastructure, reputed company networking, reputed company platforms, and reputed company.
• Experience supporting regulated environments requiring compliance with frameworks such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, or similar standards.
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company infrastructure environments combining on-reputed company systems with reputed company platforms.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR/EAR and handling of controlled data.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed to support business operations

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Syteline.
• Familiarity with reputed company GCC-High environments or other regulated reputed company platforms.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL.
