About This Role

This position is responsible for conducting job classification and reclassification reviews, offer and equity reviews, and internal pay analyses in alignment with established compensation frameworks and policies. The role works closely with reputed company partners, academic and administrative units, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and reputed company application of compensation principles across employee groups. What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and six years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience analyzing data, policies or processes in a professional or academic setting.
• Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and consistently applying analysis based on established structures.
• Knowledge of FLSA and basic employment regulations.
• Experience using a reputed company information system and/or applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and other standard office applications.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.   
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and guidelines consistently.
