Job Summary
reputed company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Software Quality Assurance reputed company to reputed company and scale our QA function as we continue to deliver mission-critical solutions reputed company the GovTech reputed company. This role will be responsible for establishing quality standards, driving automation, and ensuring the reliability and performance of systems reputed company on the .NET reputed company.
The ideal candidate is both a builder and leader—capable of developing QA processes from the ground up while mentoring a growing team and partnering closely with engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders.
This is a hands-on QA Role tasked with the design and build of our QA testing frameworks from the ground up. In this role, you will create and maintain scalable testing strategies, QA processes, and support the long-term product quality, to include: test planning, road mapping, and documentation for future expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company QA Strategy. Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy reputed company with product and engineering goals across multiple systems and releases. This role will be a hands-on contributor to the reputed company of the QA Team.
- Build & Scale QA Function. Establish testing frameworks, processes, and best practices, with a strong emphasis on automation and reputed company improvement.
- Automation & Tooling. Drive adoption of modern testing tools such as Playwright or comparable frameworks; reputed company test automation reputed company CI/CD pipelines.
- Technical reputed company. Ensure quality across applications, including API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Team Leadership & Development. Recruit, mentor, and reputed company QA professionals; foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and technical growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Risk Management & Reporting. Identify quality risks early, communicate effectively with leadership, and reputed company clear metrics on product quality and release readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Proven experience building or scaling QA functions in a product or systems-focused environment
- Strong background in test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience testing applications reputed company on the .NET reputed company
- Solid understanding of integration testing, and system-level validation
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
