The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, Employee Benefits, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance, and delivering exceptional service to ensure their benefit-reputed company needs are met. You'll work closely with our internal service team, Benefits Consultants, and Client Executives to reputed company and implement customized solutions that drive business results and improve employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring their benefit-reputed company needs are met and exceeded
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing guidance on benefit design, cost containment, and compliance
- Delegate work assignments to internal service team members, ensuring seamless delivery of services
- Collaborate with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives to manage the entire renewal process, from needs analysis to enrollment
- Manage day-to-day client issues, resolving reputed company problems and escalating concerns as needed
- Conduct needs analysis and strategy calls to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Conduct enrollment meetings and regular face-to-face meetings with clients to build relationships and reputed company on industry trends
- Advise clients on reducing costs while offering competitive benefits options
- Assist clients with 5500 reputed company filings, as applicable
- Identify cross-sale opportunities to grow the book of business

Requirements
