Logistics Coordinator LATAM

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of shipments, carriers, and logistics processes across our brands.

This is a full-time remote role for LATAM-based candidates, working closely with our Head of Operations and operations team to ensure shipments move reputed company from warehouses to customers.

The role is highly organised, process-driven, and operational, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments and logistics issues simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments across multiple international markets

• Coordinate with shipping carriers including reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company

• Work with freight platforms to manage international shipments

• Investigate delivery delays, lost parcels, or shipping exceptions

• Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records in reputed company

• Track logistics performance and shipment data using reputed company

• Communicate with fulfilment partners and logistics providers to resolve issues

• Support the operations team with logistics reporting and shipment tracking

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, shipping coordination, fulfilment, or supply chain operations

• Experience with reputed company invoices is a must

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Experience using reputed company
