As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting employees, refining processes, and ensuring our HR operations run smoothly. This role will report into the reputed company Director.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings. Resolve payroll discrepancies and promptly respond to employee inquiries. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.

• Compliance and Organization: Maintain and deliver accurate and confidential employee records and documentation, from attendance and disciplinary actions to FMLA, leave of absence, and I-9 compliance. Your attention to detail will ensure we’re always reputed company with regulations and best practices.

• Employee Engagement: Serve as the first line of engagement for employee requests, providing support and answers with a friendly, professional approach.

• Handbook Ownership: Take charge of maintaining and updating the employee handbook, ensuring policies remain compliant and reputed company with company culture and multiple states.

• Process Improvement: Help formalize and streamline HR processes, contributing to a more efficient and scalable HR function.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an HR role, with exposure to employee records, reputed company, and compliance preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at reputed company reputed company.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and basic understanding of employment laws.
