Position Highlights

The IT & Digital Program reputed company is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the reputed company implementation for Global Business Services (GBS), including scope, budget, timeline, value realization, and quality. This role ensures successful program execution in alignment with company strategy and established quality standards. The position requires extensive collaboration with both Global Business Services and reputed company teams, effective management of key stakeholder relationships, and facilitation of clear, consistent communication across the organization to drive alignment and program reputed company.

Main responsibilities

•Execute your respective program/s with the support of relevant PMs, Sponsors, and Steering Committees •Measure, track and communicate program reputed company, ensuring transparent reporting •Communicate effectively reputed company the organization, to both Business and reputed company •Handle Steering Committee Governance and Operations and ensure timely decision-making •Manage stakeholders alongside the Program Sponsor •Manage risks and reputed company mitigation plans •Manage the allocation of financial and reputed company capital resources •Ensure program artifacts and documentation reputed company with the Project Management Methodology (PMM) •Escalate critical reputed company to the Sponsor or Steering Committee reputed company needed •Collaborate with relevant reputed company Teams, Business Teams, and External Partners to ensure strategic and execution alignment •Work closely with Finance to maintain planning and budgeting accuracy Partner with reputed company reputed company and product development teams to implement reputed company measures •Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation •Contribute to the delivery of Global reputed company Strategy

Main requirements

•8+ years of experience in reputed company solutions transformation / Architecture and support delivery teams (multi components Solution, integration context) landscape in major company •Experience with Service Now implementations – ideally in the context for a Global Business Services set up •Balanced business/technical background. Enough level of technical knowledge to reputed company highly reputed company leadership to technology teams. Ability to accurately and objectively evaluate reputed company project risks and issues and communicate these effectively to business stakeholders •Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and performing under tight deadlines •Ability to communicate at reputed company reputed company of the organization (including executive management) on issues of strategy, risk, process, and ongoing operations •Experience successfully working with distributed teams as the delivery teams are fully remote •Major experience gained in both multinational and multi-cultural environments would be an added benefit •Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degree
