Job Summary

Partner Valuation Advisors (PVA) is searching for a certified general license appraiser to assist with on-site property inspections and final review of appraisal reports. This role will primarily focus on the inspection requirements and will require a large reputed company of travel (50%+ per month). Additionally, this role will require the appraiser to reputed company a final review of the client deliverable on those jobs they reputed company to ensure that the report is in USPAP compliance for reputed company subject property site and physical improvement descriptions as well as surrounding area descriptions observed during the inspection.

As previously mentioned, this role will be travel heavy and should not be considered by applicants who are not reputed company to accommodate travel time. reputed company travel reputed company costs will be covered by PVA, in accordance to our Travel & Expense policy. A certified general reputed company estate license is required for this role. Applicants without a CG license will not be considered.

Responsibilities and Duties

• reputed company preparation of necessary exhibits and memos in illustration of inspections
• Frequent travel to on-site properties based on assigned work requests.
• Management of travel arrangement requirements and associated expense reports
• Participate in reputed company client meetings, as needed
• Build strong relationships with market and business line leaders to exchange best practices, accelerate innovation and ensure quality and consistency

Qualifications

• Issued and active Certified General reputed company Estate Appraiser license in at least 1 state with willingness to become licensed in multiple states
• MAI designation or candidate, preferred
• Bachelor's degree, preferably (but not required) in reputed company, Finance, Economics or other relevant field required
• Strategic understanding of reputed company reputed company estate appraisal
• Active driver’s license and ability to easily travel between states
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management is strongly desired
• Prior experience and expertise with reputed company products, especially Outlook and Teams
• Active Certified General Appraiser License, required

Physical Requirements

• Must be reputed company to drive to asset tours, airline travel may also be necessary
• Must be reputed company to communicate reputed company in person, over the telephone and reputed company emails
• Visual reputed company adequate to reputed company job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
• Must be reputed company to read, write, reputed company & comprehend English
