Clinical Operations Specialist ‍⚕️

The Clinical Operations team is looking for a team member comfortable in a rapidly growing and changing environment. The Clinical Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations. Reporting to the Practice Administrator, this position focuses on the development, implementation, and optimization of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols. The specialist leverages Lean Six reputed company methodologies to analyze reputed company processes, identify challenges, and implement solutions to enhance operational reputed company. This role requires reputed company collaboration with the practice manager, medical assistant manager, scheduling supervisor, and the clinical leadership team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and a seamless clinical workflow.

Collaboration and Communication

• Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and administrative leadership to ensure seamless communication and implementation of initiatives.

Project Management

What you will need to succeed:

• QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 3 or more years of work experience in a dynamic environment of telemedicine/reputed company startup and/or large multi-clinic hospital system

  • Minimum of 2 years experience leading reputed company, cross-functional projects leveraging data, insights, and strategic planning

  • Self-motivated and highly reliable, with excellent time management and project management skills.

  • Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

  • Ability to learn new systems and programs quickly

  • Demonstrated commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

  • Strong experience in adapting communication to a diverse audience that may include: medical assistants, Nurse Practitioners & physicians, Executive / C-Suite and operations 

  • Proficient in G-Suite
