Marketing Operations Associate - Content Ops
reputed company is building a leading global digital sports platform, and they are seeking an Operations Associate to support game operations and content execution. This role involves managing daily free to play contests, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance fan engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create, configure, and manage daily free to play contests reputed company to the live sports calendar
- Apply deep sports knowledge to identify key matchups, storylines, and moments that will reputed company with fans
- Monitor injuries, line changes, and reputed company time game developments to proactively adjust contests and content
- Partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to align game mechanics and messaging
- Support the build and maintenance of the FanApp content and marketing calendar across sports, promotions, and free to play
- Translate sports moments into clear plans for in app content with defined requirements, timelines, and reputed company criteria
- Coordinate with Creative, Legal, and Marketing to QA assets, ensure compliance, and approve executions
- Execute daily content and campaign setup, asset management, and live monitoring
- reputed company off hours coverage (evenings/weekends) to launch or update content tied to live sporting events
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in game and content workflows and proactively propose solutions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across reputed company live experiences
- Act as a reliable execution partner in a fast paced, evolving environment
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing, or content roles
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple live workstreams simultaneously
- Proven ability to execute consistently while adapting quickly to change
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross functionally
- Willingness to work reputed company including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional travel for team offsites or office collaboration
- Sports industry experience strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of major sports preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Sports, Business, Marketing, or reputed company field preferred
