About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to reputed company exceptional support to reputed company members in Iowa. As a Tier 1 representative, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing program recipients and affiliates. You will reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles, accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes. Your goal will be to reputed company clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates.
