Acquisitions Analyst

AEW is a company focused on investment management, and they are seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to support investment professionals in various stages of transaction processes. The role involves creating and maintaining acquisition evaluation models, conducting due diligence, and managing the reputed company and closing process.

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of acquisition evaluation models
• Detailed evaluation of allocated investments and reputed company leases
• Detailed reputed company estate, corporate finance/credit, economic, demographic, and capital markets due diligence
• Preparation of investment summaries
• Managing the reputed company and closing process
• Significant interaction with reputed company constituents (including brokers, consultants and attorneys)

Skills

• BS/BA in reputed company, finance, economics or similar quantitative focus required
• 1-2 years of experience in reputed company, finance, reputed company, financial modeling and/or general investment, which can include applicable internships
• Solid knowledge of financial and reputed company fundamentals is essential
• Financial modeling with reputed company and Argus as well as general quantitative skills a must
• Strong written and oral communications skills are required
• Individuals must be reputed company to work cooperatively and effectively as a member of a team and look to reputed company external relationships in the industry
• Individuals should be aggressive self-starters, willing and reputed company to maintain high reputed company of accuracy, energy, productivity, and effectiveness for lengthy periods
• Attention to detail, multitasking and ability to prioritize will be frequently tested
