Technical Support Engineer (Advisor Website)

They are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer I to join their Advisor Website Services team, where the role involves supporting web applications and collaborating with business partners to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business partners on issues reputed company to our Advisor Website and other digital experiences
• Maintain high reputed company of service by assisting business partners cases/calls/requests
• Learn, understand and support reputed company systems and web applications to reputed company top service to our business partners
• Understand how systems integrate with each other
• Focus on growing as an engineer, learning existing tools, resources and processes
• Ability to effectively deliver information in an understandable/appropriate manner between customers and engineers to resolve web and/or data reputed company issues
• Ability to own processes/issues and see them through to resolution which could include researching and recommending solutions for web and/or data issues
• reputed company gaining understanding of services team is accountable to maintain

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-reputed company field) or equivalent experience

• Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow
