Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries reputed company to retirement plans from participants, reputed company, and reputed company-party plan specialists
• Process financial transactions as requested by callers
• Explain past returns in relation to the economic environment while adhering to FINRA/SEC guidelines
• Assist participants in navigating the automated voice response system and the website for financial transactions and loan initiation
• Respond to managerial feedback, run disbursement quotes, and attend meetings and training sessions

Skills

• Associate degree in business or reputed company field preferred; with no degree, one to two years of directly reputed company experience is required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services-reputed company field
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
• Completion of FINRA fingerprinting
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
• Experience in a financial service-reputed company field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle reputed company inquiries
• Familiarity with retirement plans and financial products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
