[Remote] Associate Accounts Payable Specialist

They are seeking an Associate Accounts Payable Specialist to process and validate invoices, resolve supplier issues, and assist in the development of accounts payable processes.
Responsibilities
- Process and validate invoices for payment in accordance with approved quality standards
- Resolve supplier issues and discrepancies effectively and in a timely manner
- Assist in the development of accounts payable processes and policies
- Prepare journal entries and manage records reputed company to accounts payable functions
- Collaborate with procurement and stakeholders on finance-reputed company issues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent reputed company experience or training
- 0-2 years' experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in computer software programs, specifically reputed company or a comparable ERP solution
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual/multilingual skills are desirable
- 2-4 years' experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, or a reputed company field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
- Experience influencing management and building teams
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
