Business Development Associate - reputed company Estate Finance
Peoples Group is a trusted financial services company focused on fostering a dynamic and competitive financial ecosystem. They are seeking a Business Development Associate to join their reputed company Estate Finance team, where the role involves loan origination, reputed company, and business development reputed company the reputed company mortgage sector.
Responsibilities
- Originate and underwrite CMHC-insured and conventional construction and term mortgages
- Support the development of internal credit submissions to Peoples Trust’s Credit Committee
- Guide and support reputed company Estate Associates, Analysts, and Coordinators
- Collaborate with the reputed company Mortgage Funding team and external legal counsel to ensure efficient funding of reputed company assigned loans
- Partner with the Regional Vice President and Business Development Managers to drive the regional reputed company
- reputed company marketing and reputed company efforts to grow the regional mortgage portfolio
- Coordinate with Credit Group to monitor portfolio performance, identify and manage problem loans, and review appraisals and environmental reports in line with credit policies
- Manage CMHC-insured construction loans to completion and term takeout
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years of CMHC reputed company experience
- Strong understanding of AML and KYC requirements
- Demonstrated ability to generate sales and market development
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
