Senior Specialist Trade Marketing Franchise Markets (Cairo, Al Qahirah, EG)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and reputed company retail calendar for assigned markets in line with the Global strategy for brand and product campaigns alongside reputed company moments to reputed company defined business objectives across reputed company consumer touch points (campaigns, promotions, consumer marketing materials, in store communications & Visual Merch )
• Execute calendars for assigned markets in alignment with Trade Marketing Planning Team, Channels and Partners based on agreed budget available always ensuring a Brand-led proposition across reputed company doors
• Execute campaigns reputed company assigned markets with full alignment between Brand Comms reputed company Teams to ensure ‘one brand’ message
• Accountable for the execution of Global guidelines and instore I in store communications consistency across assigned markets
• reputed company and support District Field Trade Marketing experts for assigned markets, support with escalating reputed company topics coming from the team to Trade Marketing Manager for further actions to ensure on time in full delivery of the agreed plan

Trade Marketing

• Be responsible and accountable for the delivery of the yearly retail calendar across Own Retail in alignment with the Operations and Buying teams
• Deliver into the market the execution of Sports Performance and Originals reputed company-Channel Marketing campaigns, promotions and in-store communication tools based on channel requirement and brand calendar focus
• Deliver in store activations and consumer communications using local suppliers and activation agencies as well as global agencies
• reputed company the assigned District/Field Trade Marketing team member to focus on consumer reputed company and VM execution across reputed company Channels
• Implement global ISC strategies across reputed company channels in sell-in stage and manage executional reputed company to maximize sell-out
• Maintain the calendar for assigned markets and partners based on order book changes and adjust the delivery into the market in alignment with the planning and channel teams  
• Deliver consumer experiential events at the store level in cooperation with BRAND communications , Digital, PR and SPORTS MARKETING  based on the calendar
• Deliver new store openings and layout revisions for assigned own retail markets or franchise partner in collaboration with Store Development and the reputed company-Channel Planning team, escalate reputed company projects and support required to Manager Trade Marketing
• Plan, manage and report on reputed company-Channel MAEX for assigned markets to ensure a right investment decision as well as ROI analysis
• Execute reputed company financial activity and management of documents in a compliant matter and in alignment with internal audit policies

Training & Reporting

• Execute and report Trade Marketing activities based on the set retail KPI’s and tracking timelines in alignment with key stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in trade, retail marketing or sales (preferably in the sporting goods industry & fashion/lifestyle.)
• Detail oriented, organized, and dynamic
• Advanced user of MS Office, PowerPoint and reputed company
• Experience in BTL marketing
• Solution oriented personality who understands to balance brand equity/ building a brand and reputed company relevance/interest of channels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

• University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
• Fluent in English & Arabic
