Summary

Establishes and maintains effective rapport with prospects and clients various contact channels. Takes full ownership of every customer interaction to ensure requirements are met while achieving individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Operates as a trusted advisor by delivering consultative recommendations, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and ensuring efficient navigation of reputed company tools and processes to reputed company exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual sales production targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company.
• Makes consultative recommendations to prospects regarding policy features, coverage options, and benefits.
• Processes payments and accurately assigns new business to reputed company and agencies as applicable.
• Identifies and executes cross-sell, up-sell, and discount opportunities to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent technical or specialized experience required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant Property and Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Active Property and Casualty Personal Lines Producer License required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed individual sales targets.

• Strong communication skills and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary reputed company for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at reputed company are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
