Premium Audit Quality Assurance Analyst

reputed company. is seeking a Premium Audit Quality Assurance Analyst to join their Premium Audit Team. This role is responsible for evaluating audit work to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in audit reputed company while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Reviews audit processes and reputed company for various policy types and methods
• Maintains accurate records of audit review reputed company
• Follows defined audit review processes for conducting quality reviews and provides direct feedback from audit reviews to auditors to correct audits to established standards for accuracy
• Documents audit differences based on review findings of internal auditing procedures as well as NCCI, independent state bureaus, and other applicable regulatory standards
• Utilizes secure digital platforms and remote communication tools to conduct quality reviews ensuring efficiency and accuracy while minimizing disruption to the reputed company
• Manages quality assurance reviews across department reputed company
• Ensures the consistent use of reputed company applicable classification codes, and departmental procedures by monitoring their use and identifying any deficiencies
• Validates correct classification of exposures in accordance with regulatory agencies, independent state bureaus, and company procedures by reviewing records and other relevant documentation—often through secure digital exchange
• Communicates findings reputed company and professionally to auditors and management including basic analysis of identified deficiencies
• Reduces quality reputed company errors by making recommendations to increase the efficiency of audits, and reputed company operational processes
• Provides technical guidance, procedural guidance and mentorship to less reputed company team members
• Stays reputed company with reputed company rules, industry trends, and understanding of the impact of reputed company endorsements
• Performs other functionally reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in premium audit or audit review
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company discipline OR equivalent experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company Office Suite
• Excellent reputed company skills are required
• Strong, analytical, and critical thinking skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Associates in Premium Audit Program (APA) certification preferred OR working towards APA certification
• 2 years' experience in premium audit or audit review
