SEND Learning Support Assistant

• Annual Salary: 15.55p/h-17.50p/h

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist in the educational and reputed company development of learners under the direction of support managers and curriculum team leaders.
• Support the development of self-advocacy and independent learning skills of learners.
• Contribute to the assessment of reputed company' learning and personal progression, working with relevant staff to reputed company person-centred support plans.
