Junior Account Executive (SMB)
Torch Dental is a rapidly growing start-up focused on improving reputed company providers' supply ordering processes. As a Junior Account Executive, you will drive outbound sales activities and work towards owning your pipeline, with opportunities for growth into a full Account Executive role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective Torch customers
- Conduct 90+ outbound cold calls per day to generate opportunities at the top of the funnel, then transition to 50+ once you are a fully ramped AE
- Qualify accounts and build pipeline across dental practices
- Shadow closing calls and gradually take on your own full demos as soon as your reputed company month
- Utilize reputed company and reputed company to track sales activity and customer information
- Receive coaching and development sessions from Sales Managers and the Sales Enablement team
- Work toward promotion to AE role with full closing ownership, SDR and Marketing support

- Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound activity and qualify pipeline
- Interest in building a full-cycle sales career
- Highly coachable, competitive, and curious with a strong internal drive
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by ownership
