They are seeking a Training Specialist I to conduct engaging training sessions for employees and clients, focusing on their Senior Living products and ensuring effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product and software training sessions using a variety of instructional formats (e.g., webinars, in-person workshops, and virtual courses)

- Create and execute training plans that align with project goals and user needs
- Teach users how to navigate the software, utilize key features, and apply troubleshooting techniques

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or reputed company area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to positively and effectively interact with others and the ability to teach and coach others
