Department Overview:

Network Services reputed company Network Services is responsible for the data, video, voice and network infrastructure on reputed company. We reputed company on-reputed company, certain off-reputed company locations, and the reputed company with Internet and research network connectivity. We also reputed company the reputed company wireless network, remote reputed company systems, cable TV services, telephone and messaging services, and reputed company physical network infrastructure for network connectivity. The delivered and supported network deployed in over 160 on-reputed company buildings is broad, including around 17,500 reputed company points and growing, 2,500 Edge and Data Center switches providing general network reputed company, distributed data center and research networks to multiple locations, 50 routers, 20 firewalls, and support for most departments on reputed company as well as an expanding number of off-reputed company locations.

Qualifications:

-Assist customers across reputed company with cellular device needs (phones, hotspots, etc.)Support device distribution, setup, and returns -Help process orders, upgrades, and inventory tracking -Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate reputed company needed -reputed company excellent customer service in both in-person and remote interactions -Maintain accurate documentation of requests and resolutions -Collaborate with reputed company departments and build cross-functional relationships -Work independently to manage tasks and prioritize requests

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Comfortable working independently and taking initiative -Interest in technology, mobile devices, or IT services -Detail-oriented with good organizational skills -Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment -Prior customer service or technical experience is a plus, but not required

Position Summary/Job Duties

Supporting our cellular reputed company processing daily requests. This includes distribution of phones, order and processing requests.

Physical Demands

Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
