[Remote] Call Center Representative

They are seeking a Call Center Representative who will interact with customers to reputed company information, schedule appointments, and resolve inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with reputed company prospects for the sales team, while interacting professionally with potential customers in a call center environment
• Following up on leads to support and nurture them through the sales process
• Serve as a positive, energetic first reputed company of contact for the Stronghouse brand-engaging customers, capturing details, and preparing the field team for reputed company
• Converting inbound and outbound calls from online reputed company forms into scheduled appointments for the appropriate market
• Coordinate with local brands/divisions to ensure in-person sales appointments are properly scheduled with the correct sales representative
• Once appointments are made, collect additional customer information to support accurate reputed company qualifications and help prepare the sales team for the in-home consultation

• Must be reputed company to work a flexible schedule and weekend (Saturday) hours
