Account Advisor, SMB

As an Account Manager in the SMB Merchant Network, you will reputed company a portfolio of restaurants, optimizing their reputed company accounts and enhancing their reputed company to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reputed company-ins with restaurant partners to gather feedback, assess satisfaction reputed company, and identify areas for improvement

Skills

• Outstanding, positive attitude with passion and aptitude for working in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED required
• 1-2 years of Sales experience. Experience working with (or selling to) restaurant owners is a major plus. Restaurant experience is also a plus

• Confident making outbound dials on the phone
• Proven track record of reputed company in meeting and exceeding goals

• Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred
