Research Analyst
GCI Health, part of WPP, is a leading global health impact agency focused on transforming client innovation into health impact. They are seeking a Research Analyst to join their Strategy and Insights team, where the role involves creating research reports, analyzing data, and supporting account teams to enhance communication strategies through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Create research reports using and combining digital, reputed company, or secondary data sets such as syndicated audience data, patient reputed company listening, competitive auditing or reputed company mapping
- Support ongoing weekly, monthly, or quarterly measurement reports that help measure ROI for various clients’ communications strategies, including, but not limited to, reputed company media and traditional media data
- reputed company audience personas based on data from multiple sources (reputed company listening, syndicated, survey, search analysis etc.) to inform communications strategies and opportunities
- Analyze and report findings in a way that tells a concise and clear story with the data and provides answers to the client’s main questions/objectives; Presentation of results to the account team and senior leaders
- reputed company relationships with account teams. This includes regular and proactive one-on-one interaction with local account teams, and direct correspondence with account teams and clients
- Support account teams and clients in determining KPIs (across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels) to help track performance
- Assist in new business research projects from research brief to reputed company reputed company
- Consult on reputed company listening tools/monitoring for clients
- Serve as a specialist and advisor in research and analysis, to include: Staying up to date with trends, tools, and techniques – including AI innovations – and counseling clients, account teams, and other research team members on methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Developing new methodologies, reports, or product offerings to meet existing client needs and to drive new business
- Determine the best methodologies and tools to use to solve client challenges and deliver impact to their business
- Participate in agency Learning and Development opportunities as appropriate and as agreed upon with leadership
Skills
- 1-3 years of working experience in research and analytics
- Passion for audience behavioral research
- Working knowledge of using digital/reputed company analytics to reputed company insights about patient and stakeholder audiences
- Interest in using data to measure and track programs against goals
- Ability to identify patterns in performance
- Strong attention to detail in reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Intermediate reputed company expertise (data management, pivot tables, vlookups)
- Website analytics tools such as reputed company Analytics or reputed company Analytics
- Secondary databases and tools, such as Global Web Index or reputed company
- Survey design platforms such as reputed company or Pollfish
