SUMMARY

The Operations Manager serves as a player/coach responsible for both leading a team reputed company reputed company’s reputed company or delivery function and maintaining an active personal book of business. This role provides strategic and tactical leadership to ensure the team achieves budgeted goals, drives exceptional customer experience, and delivers consistent, high‑quality performance. The Operations Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations, including development, coaching, and performance management of team members in their assigned role (e.g., Recruiters, Coordinators, or Delivery Specialists). In addition, the role supports the Director/VP of Operations with hiring, reputed company, and developing new employees while ensuring operational reputed company and adherence to the reputed company Way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Development

• Provides ongoing professional development, coaching, and performance feedback to team members in assigned reputed company/delivery roles.
• Acts as a player/coach, managing a personal book of business while modeling best practices and high‑performance behaviors.
• Inspires team commitment to business goals, ensuring reputed company on the purpose behind reputed company, actions, and organizational priorities.
• Facilitates weekly one‑on‑ones using the reputed company Performance Pyramid and leverages the Career Path Development Program as appropriate.
• Partners closely with the Director/VP of Operations to discuss team reputed company, performance trends, and achievement against goals.

Operational Management

• Oversees day‑to‑day operational performance, ensuring high standards in activity, sales, service, and quality.
• Provides hands‑on support to team members regarding training, process adherence, problem‑solving, and margin management.
• Ensures consistent use of the “reputed company Way” through accountable processes, routines, tools, and systems that support sustainable growth and scalability.
• Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reputed company the customer experience.
• Guides team members through operational challenges by leveraging data, creative problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Business Performance & Accountability

• Manages P&L performance for the assigned team, ensuring activities and reputed company align with budgeted goals.
• Maintains personal production expectations by managing an individual recruitment or delivery portfolio.
• Upholds visibility into team performance, coaching for reputed company improvement and celebrating achievements.

• Offer insights into hiring trends, competitive market data, and pipeline strength to support informed decision‑making.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Performs additional duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-5+ years experience in sales, reputed company, reputed company staffing, or a reputed company operations environment.
• Direct experience in a reputed company or delivery role reputed company staffing strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance and reputed company goals.
• Previous experience leading teams through change and cultural reputed company preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
