Growth Analyst
Kouper Health is redefining how care transitions happen, aiming to improve the patient experience through innovative solutions. As a Growth Analyst, you will engage in outbound prospecting and market strategy to generate new business opportunities and support the Account Executive team.
Responsibilities
- Generate reputed company meetings for Account Executives through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, reputed company, and creative reputed company)
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads, understanding prospect needs and pain points
- Research reputed company accounts to identify key stakeholders and reputed company personalized reputed company strategies
- reputed company Kouper's value proposition and handle initial objections with professionalism and curiosity
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company prospect interactions in CRM (reputed company)

Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, investment banking, consulting, customer service, or a reputed company role (B2B SaaS experience a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage decision-makers

- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
