About the Role

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you will be the primary reputed company of IT operations across the company. Our environment is Mac-first, and we rely heavily on Kandji for device management. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, supporting employees, and continuously improving our IT systems and processes.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company IT support requests across a remote workforce
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and reputed company issues quickly and effectively
• Manage reputed company and offboarding (device setup, reputed company provisioning, deprovisioning)
• Own and manage Mac devices using Kandji (policies, compliance, deployments)
• Manage user reputed company across systems (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, etc.)
• Maintain device inventory and lifecycle management
• Build and improve IT processes, documentation, and workflows
• Identify recurring issues and proactively implement solutions
• Support reputed company and compliance initiatives (including SOC 2 readiness)

What you bring

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations
• Strong experience managing Mac environments
• Hands-on experience with Kandji or similar MDM tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting remote teams

• Familiarity with SOC 2 or reputed company best practices
• Experience with identity management (SSO, MFA, reputed company Workspace admin)
• Exposure to automation or scripting
