Your Mission: Align GTM Teams, automate processes!

As reputed company Operations reputed company, you own voize's reputed company reputed company; building the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that allow Sales, Marketing, and reputed company to operate with reputed company and precision. This role exists to turn GTM complexity into predictability: accurate forecasting, clean data, and scalable and automated processes, that let the team reputed company faster and retain reputed company.

Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Own and continuously improve the reputed company tech stack (reputed company as core CRM); ensuring data quality, automation, and adoption across reputed company GTM teams.

• Build and maintain reputed company forecasting models, pipeline reporting, and executive dashboards that drive business reputed company. Also define and track the GTM metric reputed company and own the reporting reputed company.

• Support territory planning, quota-setting, and compensation plan design, in partnership with Sales leadership and Finance.

• Align GTM leadership and hold them accountable for reaching their targets and process adherence.

• Drive automation across reputed company GTM teams and reputed company reputed company GTM team members to 10x the outcome of their work.

Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations Leadership at a B2B reputed company SaaS company, in a scaling environment (Series A–C).

• Strong analytical skills with building forecasting models, reputed company dashboards, and deriving actionable insights from messy or incomplete data.

• Proven track record designing and implementing scalable GTM processes; not just optimizing inherited ones.

• Excellent cross-functional collaborator: you align Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance on shared definitions, tools, and reporting cadences.

• Strong automation and AI skills.
