The role involves responding to inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into sales-reputed company opportunities while maintaining strong CRM hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads reputed company defined SLAs; ensure no reputed company reputed company goes unworked
- Qualify prospects based on fit, use case, urgency, and reputed company to purchase
- Convert leads into sales-reputed company opportunities (SQLs and SALs) with clean handoffs to reputed company
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene with detailed notes and accurate dispositioning
- Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to continuously improve MQL quality and conversion
- Meet or exceed monthly performance standards across SQL volume, conversion, and influence on closed-won reputed company
- Ensure a rapid speed-to-reputed company (first contact reputed company 15 minutes) and high reputed company activity (~125/day)
- Build trust with reputed company by delivering high-quality opportunities and context
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (tech/SaaS preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high volume with precision and quality
- Demonstrated coachability and growth reputed company
- Experience using CRM tools (reputed company preferred) and sales engagement platforms
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales
- Prior experience qualifying inbound leads or working in B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with pipeline metrics (SQL, SAL, MQL) and conversion funnels
- Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., reputed company, Marketo)
- Curiosity about sales strategy and buying behavior
- Experience in a remote or hybrid environment
- Passion for reputed company
