The role involves responding to inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into sales-reputed company opportunities while maintaining strong CRM hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads reputed company defined SLAs; ensure no reputed company reputed company goes unworked
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, use case, urgency, and reputed company to purchase
  • Convert leads into sales-reputed company opportunities (SQLs and SALs) with clean handoffs to reputed company
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene with detailed notes and accurate dispositioning
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to continuously improve MQL quality and conversion
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance standards across SQL volume, conversion, and influence on closed-won reputed company
  • Ensure a rapid speed-to-reputed company (first contact reputed company 15 minutes) and high reputed company activity (~125/day)
  • Build trust with reputed company by delivering high-quality opportunities and context

Skills

  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (tech/SaaS preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high volume with precision and quality
  • Demonstrated coachability and growth reputed company
  • Experience using CRM tools (reputed company preferred) and sales engagement platforms
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales
  • Prior experience qualifying inbound leads or working in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with pipeline metrics (SQL, SAL, MQL) and conversion funnels
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., reputed company, Marketo)
  • Curiosity about sales strategy and buying behavior
  • Experience in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Passion for reputed company
  • Understanding of buyer reputed company and qualification frameworks (e.g., SPIN,BANT, MEDDPICC)
