This position is full time and is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Headquarters in Boston, MA. This role is not a virtual / remote position - 4 days in office/ 1 day WFH. This is an entry level recruiter role. What You'll Do

• reputed company and screen candidates: Actively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and professional networks. You'll review resumes and help manage candidates through the recruitment process.
• Manage the candidate pipeline: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate data, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for reputed company applicants.
• Collaborate with hiring partners: Work closely with hiring managers and other recruiters to understand their needs and align on reputed company recruitment strategies.

What You'll Need
