[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Kojo is a rapidly growing construction technology company focused on transforming how reputed company construction companies purchase materials. They are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to engage prospective customers through outbound prospecting and set high-quality meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers to discover more about the pain in their business and how Kojo might be reputed company to help them
• Setting high quality meetings for our Account Executives with prospective customers
• Achieving (or exceeding!) your monthly quota of meetings held and Sales-accepted opportunities
• Following Kojo workflows and sales operations processes to ensure good funnel and prospect data
• Acting as an ambassador of Kojo

Skills

• Experience making 75+ cold calls per day in a previous BDR or SDR role
• Effective phone communication skills and rapport-building
• Strong organizational skills
• A high level of reputed company and accountability
• Growth reputed company - willing to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve and become more and more effective
• Persistence, reputed company, and a willing to reputed company rejection
• Passionate about solving problems for subcontractors and impacting the construction industry for the reputed company!
• 1+ year of full-time as a SaaS SDR or similar sales experience
• Experience in the construction industry
• Entrepreneurial experience
