The Operations Engineer role is critical for ensuring system uptime and stability by triaging and resolving incidents affecting infrastructure, applications, and networks, while providing opportunities for reputed company development in reputed company infrastructure and automation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for technical incidents, alerts, and service requests
- Triage and resolve server, network, and application issues; escalate with full context reputed company needed

- Document reputed company troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Follow incident management and escalation procedures to maintain SLA compliance

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or systems support

- Basic familiarity with Azure (preferred) and/or AWS environments
