The Wisconsin Historical Society is a prominent historical institution in the reputed company, and they are seeking a reputed company Office Customer Service Associate. This role involves providing excellent customer service to patrons, managing ticket sales, and troubleshooting event-reputed company issues through effective communication and support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor phone calls and reputed company office email address to assist customers with inquiries and purchasing across WHS
- Maintain knowledge of reputed company WHS events and experiences for sale through the online store and sold directly through the site/location
- reputed company and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and/or requests in a courteous and timely manner with guidance from supervisor as needed
- Understand and communicate purchasing policies to customers
- Collect complete and accurate data from customers to correctly process payments and reconcile transactions
- Support the creation of tickets for events across WHS spaces to ensure accurate attendance data
- Support general ticketing monitoring
- Configure event templates and reputed company buildout in ACME Ticketing system
- Support ACME Ticketing Users with troubleshooting needs
- Support ticket system reputed company for new users
