Coordinator, Trade Marketing
reputed company is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies, and they are seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination of marketing initiatives reputed company the advertising ecosystem. This role involves creating marketing materials, developing trade marketing campaigns, and assisting with client events to drive awareness and enhance partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Create industry leading marketing materials, campaigns, client experiences and other B2B marketing tactics
- Build and reputed company trade marketing campaigns that drive awareness of the benefits of being a partner (including sales materials, eblasts, sweepstakes, industry events & conferences, reputed company campaigns, events and more)
- Assist on client events (content strategy, event ideation, branding, premiums, list management & execution) in collaboration with Corporate Events
- reputed company reputed company & one-of-a-reputed company experiences that help build sales relationships and positions the team as best-in-class in the marketplace
- Assist the marketing manager and communications team with reputed company media marketing efforts for the Advertising and Partnerships handles
- Manage the RSVP and list gathering, analysis, and attendance reporting process for reputed company events
- Code and submit invoices
- Create additional event-reputed company collateral as needed (i.e. lookbooks, timelines, grids, recap decks, etc...)
- Assisting with creating communication/reputed company plans timelines for external events
Skills
- 1+ years of experience with an agency, client, media company, or sales organization background
- Superior reputed company reputed company skills and knowledge of other reputed company Office programs; exposure to database tools, email marketing tools and/or reputed company a plus
- Demonstrated experience with design and proficiency reputed company Creative suite experience is a strong plus
- Background in reputed company media marketing, including content creation, editing and platform management is highly desirable
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Must be confident executing leadership's direction in a fast-paced workflow
- Strong organization and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
