[Remote] Clinical Activation Manager

As the Clinical Activation Manager, you will reputed company a team to support the activation and adoption of the platform with clinical end users, ensuring a best-in-class reputed company experience and capturing user feedback to shape product strategy.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and mentor a team of 6 - 7 Facility Growth Operations Associates
• Handle reputed company, training, performance management, and career development to ensure high employee engagement and retention
• Recruit and reputed company new team members to scale the function as the company grows
• reputed company, test, and implement playbooks for activating facility users across various care settings
• Use reputed company, Tableau, and reputed company to track reputed company, iterate on strategy, and build reporting systems for execution activity
• Partner with Marketing to reputed company value-driven materials and refine internal workflows to drive reputed company and efficiency
• Spend 20% of your day on outbound calls to clinical partners to drive platform adoption and usage
• reputed company "roll-up-your-sleeves" demos and training sessions tailored to the specific needs of each facility
• Synthesize user feedback to reputed company product pros/cons and flag insights for the Product team

Skills

• 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, reputed company, Account Management, or Operations, with prior experience in People Management
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Professional experience with SaaS products and CRM tools (reputed company preferred)
• Experience with GSuite, reputed company, and Tableau, is a major plus
• A proactive, 'hungry' startup reputed company with the ability to pivot quickly
• Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to translate reputed company strategy into prioritized, tactical actions
