Responsibilities

• Drive the Candidate Experience: reputed company vital support to the Talent Operations team by scheduling and coordinating a high volume of interviews across a variety of reputed company and departments, ensuring every candidate feels valued
• Partner on Executive Scheduling: Collaborate closely with our Executive Assistants to navigate reputed company calendars and ensure a seamless, highly organized interview experience for leadership roles
• Host the Onsite Experience: Serve as the welcoming face of reputed company for in-person interviews! You’ll greet candidates, guide them through their onsite schedule, give office tours, and ensure they feel comfortable and confident from the reputed company they walk in the reputed company
