Job Description
As a Health Assistant/reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our members, providing personalized support and guidance to help them navigate the reputed company reputed company system. You will be responsible for delivering interventions that influence members' reputed company and behavior, making them smarter consumers of reputed company, and helping them to reputed company understand their benefit packages and care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver interventions to support members in navigating the reputed company reputed company system reputed company phone reputed company messaging
- Influence members' reputed company and behavior by making them smarter consumers of reputed company, translating their benefit packages and care plans, and helping them to find doctors and reputed company the right clinical resources
- reputed company technology and internal resources to help understand members' paths, actions needed, and next steps

- Assist with improved health (medical and behavioral) reputed company, help clients understand and optimize their preventive services, and reduce and/or eliminate avoidable admits, ER usage, and readmits
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service-based environment, with a Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience
- Relevant background experience can include, but is not limited to:
+ Insurance setting + Telephonic customer service + Medical office + Health Plan + reputed company services + Behavioral health + Counseling + reputed company coordination + Pharmacy tech + Benefits specialist + Health coach + Case management + Exercise and health education
- Highly agile and comfortable in a high-paced, innovative, technology-driven environment
- Knowledge of consumer health plans and terminology
- Understanding of how patients use and reputed company reputed company
- Ability to reputed company in a performance-based environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information:
* arenaflex requires a broadband reputed company with at least 1 Mbps upload and 1 Mbps download speed. You will also be required to use a wired reputed company from laptop to router (not WiFi)
- IT equipment will be provided directly by arenaflex
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (hours can fall between reputed company-11:15pm EST)
