As the Chief Analytics Officer, you will serve as the state’s authority on the labor market and will have the opportunity to impact policy and decision making by the State Legislature, the Governor’s Office, and other state agencies on economic workforce conditions, programs, and services. Stakeholder leadership is a key component of this role as you will work closely with the Commissioner’s Office, agency leaders and legislative bodies providing analysis and advice. You will think about how we collect, analyze, utilize, and communicate data and labor market information. This position oversees the modeling and tax implications of the Unemployment Insurance trust Fund ($5 billion) and the PFML Trust Fund. The Chief Analytics Officer is also accountable for federal reporting and cooperative work agreements that are tied to millions of dollars of agency funding.
