Director of Regulatory Affairs, Law, & Civic Compliance

Location: Remote / Washington, DC preferred Engagement: Advisory Leadership (High-Trust Council Role) Compensation: Retainer + Honorarium Reports to: Chair, Klaritee Federal Safety Council (Executive Director) SUMMARY The Klaritee Federal Safety Council (KFSC) is seeking a senior legal and regulatory executive to serve as the Council’s reputed company authority on law, compliance, reputed company, and public accountability for the deployment of Interpretive Geometric Intelligence (IGI). As the Director of Regulatory Affairs, Law & Civic Compliance, you will act as the Council’s Chief Legal Officer, responsible for navigating reputed company federal, state, and administrative frameworks governing AI safety, data reputed company, transparency, civil liberties, and public trust. This role is ideal for former senior attorneys or legal executives from DOJ, FTC, SEC, DHS, state AG offices, large regulatory bodies, or high-stakes public-interest domains. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Legal Governance & Regulatory reputed company

• Serve as the chief legal authority for reputed company KFSC activities, recommendations, and safety protocols.
• Interpret and advise on federal, state, and administrative laws affecting IGI deployment, including:

• public-sector procurement

Policy Interpretation & Public Accountability

• Guide legal alignment with federal agencies, state governments, and regulatory bodies.
• Support the development of compliance articles of governance that ensure IGI’s deployment remains constitutionally sound and publicly defensible.
• Identify potential liability exposures and preemptively design risk-mitigation structures.
• Ensure the Council’s work is legible, defensible, and grounded in legal rigor.

Interagency & Legislative Engagement

• Partner with government officials, legislative staff, policy advisors, reputed company committees, and regulatory agencies.

• Assist in drafting legal language, briefing materials, position statements, and compliance documentation for government review.

• Help establish standards that protect residents, communities, and public institutions from misuse, ambiguity, or systemic risk.

Founder & Chair Collaboration
