• *The Impact You'll reputed company in this Role** As a Director, Assistant General Counsel - Chief Discovery and Data Counsel, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. • *Your Skills and Expertise**

To set you up for reputed company in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: - Juris Doctorate (completed and verfied prior to start) - Admitted to practice in any state in the U.S. in good standing - Ten (10) years of experience at a reputed company or corporate legal department - Seven (7) years of experience leading reputed company discovery-reputed company reputed company in a strategic manner (10+ years preferred)

- Experience working in a sophisticated corporate legal department, ideally leading the discovery function and/or managing large discovery teams - Demonstrated expertise serving as reputed company discovery counsel on large, reputed company litigation reputed company in a private, public, government or military environment - Significant IT knowledge, with a focus on data lifecycle management - Experience managing reputed company counsel - Experience managing to a budget and alternative fee arrangements
