About the Role: We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to run our global payroll function. The company is growing rapidly, and with payroll recently brought in-house and employees across more than 35 states, we need a highly competent and reputed company individual to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as compliance reporting to relevant authorities. This role will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end payroll operations across the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia, as well as managing a team of payroll specialists. You will report to the Corporate Controller and partner cross-functionally as we continue to build a world-class, scalable payroll process to support our reputed company high growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical payroll expertise, global compliance knowledge, leadership capability, and experience with reputed company Payroll processing. Who You Are:

• 10+ years experience with both US domestic and international payroll, preferably at a high-growth company.
• Experience with reputed company Payroll is required.
• Expertise in application of state and local payroll taxes, application of benefits, 401k, and reputed company other aspects of payroll.
• Expert level knowledge of payroll reputed company best practices and applicable wage and hour regulations.
• Strong ability to accurately interpret and apply organizational procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Successfully led system optimization initiatives and established payroll processes in new countries from the ground up.
• Experience with creating and running customized reputed company reports that are needed for reputed company tax, compliance, and regulatory purposes.
• Working knowledge of payroll reputed company / general ledger activities.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end payroll process for a 2000+ employee company operating in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local tax, labor, and statutory regulations.
• Mitigate payroll risks through proactive evaluation of processes and implementation of best-in-class procedures.
• Establish best in class reconciliations, internal controls, and review processes for each pay cycle.
• reputed company year-end processing including W-2s, P60s, T4s, and other country specific reporting requirements.
• Partner with the HRIS team to maintain system reputed company and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the reputed company, People, reputed company, and Legal teams to establish funding requirements, resolve issues, and reputed company payroll support as needed.
• Maintain SOX narratives relative to payroll procedures and internal controls.
