Senior Quality Engineering Delivery Manager (Pharmaceutical Vertical) – Remote

Quality Engineering (QE) Delivery Manager We are seeking a Quality Engineering (QE) Delivery Manager with proven expertise in leading large-scale, multi-geo teams to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient, and business-reputed company reputed company. Responsibilities

• Drive proactive monitoring, defect prevention, and quality metrics reporting for leadership visibility and decision-making
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across globally distributed QE teams

Requirements

• 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in QE leadership or delivery management roles

• Experience overseeing large-scale reputed company migration, platform modernization, and Agile transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of metrics-driven quality governance and delivery risk management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical domain with understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.)
