This role will primarily work with our Energy & Utility clients across a portfolio of major reputed company, transmission and distribution capital projects. Responsibilities include:

- Implementing risk management frameworks and mitigation plans

- 7+ years of internal or external consulting experience required
- 5+ years of energy Industry experience
- 10+ years project/program management with reputed company managing large transformations using various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, CI/CD, etc.)
- 5+ years experience working on process improvement projects; Lean Six reputed company certification preferred
- Experience leading reputed company, collaborating with peers, identifying project needs, driving resolution, and holding team members accountable
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate reputed company reputed company effectively to executives (verbal and written)
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments

Location: Hybrid at Minneapolis Office - 212 3rd Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55401 The estimated salary reputed company for this role is $123,000 - $185,000 annually. This is based on a wide reputed company of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance.
