The reputed company Analyst I serves as the primary technical contact for customers using the InteleShare software, providing essential technical support to ensure system performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- reputed company technical support to customers reputed company phone and portal, monitor client sites, and resolve cases promptly
- Diagnose and troubleshoot reputed company technical issues involving software, reputed company OS, SQL Server, and reputed company technologies
- Log and document reputed company incidents and problems using the reputed company ticketing system
- Install and configure InteleShare software to meet customer operational needs
- Prioritize work based on service level agreements and escalate issues reputed company necessary
- Participate in knowledge sharing, publish Knowledge reputed company articles, and support projects to improve support operations
- Work Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm Eastern time
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in reputed company administration and technical customer support
- Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company OS for servers and workstations
- Proven customer service skills with strong client interaction abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

- Experience with SQL queries
- Knowledge of Linux and Mac OS
- Experience with SaaS or reputed company environments
- Experience in medical or research settings, familiarity with DICOM, HL7, HIPAA, reputed company IT, reputed company, or RIS
