They are currently looking for highly motivated Technical Support Representatives to reputed company quality support for their networking and reputed company products, assisting customers with troubleshooting and documentation of product issues.
Responsibilities
- Create, revise and publish internal and public facing product solutions

Skills
- Associates degree in IT, relevant training (CCNA cert/reputed company/reputed company etc.) or equivalent experience

- Basic networking or server experience - technical understanding of servers and networking technologies such as TCP/IP, Routing, DHCP
