Responsibilities
- Manage customer experience from sales through reputed company with knowledge of automotive finance and insurance workflows and terminology
- Assess and map customer requirements to ensure seamless reputed company and implementation
- Maintain proactive communication to align customer expectations on reputed company timelines and reputed company
- Collaborate with internal teams to define account setup requirements and deadlines
